What a great day and night.

I took Riley to Bryan Park, for a walk through the farmer’s market. I found a really cute dress for Rowan she may want to wear on her first day of school. Just 2 weeks! (1?) I also found some yummy pumpkin bread for breakfast.

After the market I took Riley to the creek at the park for a little dip. He seemed to really enjoy it.

Then we took the little dress to Rowan and had a nice visit with the kids. Ended up staying a couple of hours.

We followed that with a trip to Ashland for a swim. Tonya was sleeping but always says help myself to her pool, just water her plants if I come by. :) There were others enjoying the pool. It was relaxing.

After that had a nice rest (thanks to my neighbor Jay having mowed my grass!) before G visited. He brought me beer but I didn’t drink it. I haven’t had but half a drink in over two weeks and feel GREAT!

I’m feeling a little embarrassed about the length of my formal complaint to work and some of the details included in it, but, still glad it was done.

I have to pick up some medications this morning, clean my car, and go to the Richmond Raceway for a date this afternoon. It’s going to be a good day. I may start it by starting my paint by number!

I’m grateful for my family, my friends, Riley, my health, my home and my freedom!
