Yesterday’s meeting went way better than expected. Maybe I don’t need to leave the company after all! I do need more $, but we talked about that coming in time. We talked about a lot of things.
I worked the rest of the day and then went home and took a long nap, waking up at 8pm. Oops. Paige’s until midnight, then slept until 7am. How I managed to sleep so well after having that nap I do not know but there isn’t any complaining here!
I have been invited to dinner at Kalob’s tonight ❤️. And I have a therapy appt this afternoon. It’ll be a busy one. Time to shower soon.
Ugh. My scale said 180 again. 😡
Oh. My car wouldn’t start yesterday morning. The battery needed replaced. C loaned me $200 and with that and most of what was left in my bank account I was able to get a new one. I have $24 to last today and tomorrow. Awesome. And I’m out of coffee. I’m grateful that there is dog food for Riley I can get from Kalob’s tonight because I’m almost out of that here too.
I’m grateful for my family and my friends, my health and Riley. My home. My job. My life. Though things are a little different right now. I’m grateful for having gotten through the last dark place. My meds are working well and not drinking has helped. It’s been 4 weeks.
