August 8, 2024 ~ Thursday

Yesterday was an easy day. It’s nice that I’ve had my workdays planned (done on the weekend). I finished up early and spent some time helping Gabby with the babies while she had an appt. Then got a couple more stops in before my therapy appt.

I talked to my therapist about what happened at work last week. I think I’ve decided to take legal action once another job is found. It can’t be let go. It was horrible! Disgusting!

I spent the evening reading again, finishing up Rules of Civility and starting Hillbilly Elegy again.

Riley wouldn’t walk with me but he sat on the porch with me for a good while, barking at passerby’s and moving to sit behind me at loud noises. The big baby.

I got 7.5 hours of good sleep. 💤

I think today I may reach out to an attorney. I have my workday planned again and will proceed on that path but I think I’ll make some calls.

Time to give up on waiting for my resume review and proceed with what I have. I’ll be applying for jobs effective immediately. Ugh.

Been working on TR emails and resume already this morning. It’s going to be a good day!
