Monday and ewwww a cold one out there! I can't believe we're almost done with January.
Yesterday morning started early, 4:30am, since Rowan and I were in bed early sat night. We picked up a pancake for her and took it home so I could catch Junior during his wake period. It was a success! I held him for like 3 hours!
Came home and wrote for awhile, came across an interesting idea. My book is for individuals coming out of psychosis. I was having trouble determining if I'd reached psychosis in 2022 after all. I called mom and talked to her a bit, she wasn't sure. I called Gabby and talked to her for a bit, she wasn't sure. But as soon as I hung up with her I remembered a couple of the texts I sent to T. I absolutely had.
I think I have an idea for a change to my wrap plan which will help in the future, if Kalob is in agreement with me. I think I'm going to give him access to my phone (the password) and put an action plan in place to give it to him at specific times. I need to think on it. Interesting.
It's really a good thing that he and Gabby got me help when they did. ❤️🥰❤️💕 I needed a safe place to be for a medication adjustment. If I'd stayed in someone's home I may have gotten well quicker, but the hospital worked. I say that because the first thing done at the hospital was a strip of current meds, followed by reintroduction of the exact same ones gradually. It was also very expensive.
I could have stayed with Meg and just increased the latuda I'd started a few months prior, but I didn't know it was an option at the time. Now I do. I need to talk to Kalob and Gabby about this.
It's kinda sad that it took me so long to remember yesterday the details enough to determine if there were signs of psychosis. From the outside looking in, it's difficult for others to see at times. Humph.
I need to remember to add more to my book about this.
G came over for awhile last night. It was nice.
Meds/vitamins. Dogs. Coffee. News. I'm going to take my time planning out my workday today because it is so cold!! And I think today will be the day I join the Y. My weight is out of control. Finally, I have some graphic designing to do. 2 clients.
