I walked by myself yesterday morning because Riley refused to join me. ☹️ Miss Diesel! It was a beautiful morning for a walk.

Had a full workday yesterday and another evening of reading. I finished the Hypnotist’s Love Story. Very good!

Getting my schedule taken care of for today.

Feel good. Taking things day at a time. Grateful for my kids and my health.

Have to say it was so nice to spend time with my parents last weekend. Mom was sad as I was leaving. It’s nice to be loved.

Didn’t hear from JD last night, did this morning. Trying not to read into it too much. Just be happy to have a kind man in my life again. Be happy to have something, even if imperfect. I don’t like that I tried calling and he didn’t return my call but… like with my son… I didn’t really need anything. Kalob says call more than once if I really need him. I just wanted to hear JD’s voice. And I didn’t leave him a message asking him to return my call.

Weight is getting under control again slowly.

Meds are on track.

Meds/vitamins. Water. Coffee. Riley. News. Facebook. Blog. Pep Talk App. Laptop is on my lap ready for the day.
