Good morning! Had a good Sunday with the exception of Diesel not feeling well. He did eat some in the middle of the night. And he's a little excited right now barking at someone outside. Both good signs.
Spent the morning yesterday with a friend, made breakfast and watched a little Netflix. Then off to visit my kids for a few hours. I held KJ for awhile and read a few books to Rowan. She was so cute getting upset when I told her I had to leave. 🥰
PEnjoyed a couple hours just relaxing in the backyard playing poker before working on my laptop for a couple of hours. My boss should be happy.
This morning, I need a shower and to plan a workday. Running a little behind!
Meds/vitamins. Coffee. Dogs. News. Facebook.
I liked what I saw on my scale just now. My discipline is starting to pay off. Strict low carb eating.
