Had a full day yesterday including 10 appts, a lunch meeting with a promising partner, and resolving my shopping dilemma at spirit Halloween. I opted to replace unneeded items with 2 cowgirl costumes, a sexy one for Sat, cute one for Tues, a few costumes that can be worn to renaissance fairs (fun!) and a couple extra cowgirl hats for Nashville. Making the best out of a bad situation!
I won in 9-ball last night, beating a higher-ranked player 15-5... and made a couple stops on my way home.
Bryan Park Bar and Grille brought me face-to-face again with T, the man I was seeing briefly before/during my episode last year. It was completely satisfying to have him talking like he was, like I'm still worthy of time and attention. He told me he feels really bad that I have to deal with what I do. The truth is, I don't want anyone to feel bad for me over it. It's just my cross. And I think I'm making the best of it!
I read over my progress on my book last night and, though it needs work, I like it! No one has experience just like mine. Some may have similar, but only I can tell my story. I really believe it may come to fruition... completing this bucket list item...
I found more satisfaction sleeping on my incredible new sofa last night! It was needed so badly. So overdue.
Meds/vitamins check. Dogs. Coffee. News. Blog. I may throw some bacon in the oven. I may listen to an inspiring podcast. Whatever happens next, it's going to be in the 80s and a great day!
Oh! Received some amazing photos from the shower last weekend from Amy. I didn't even know they were taken. Gabby opening my gifts! Two blankets I crocheted for Kalob when he was a baby and a keepsake silver train engine bank with his name engraved on it. Now, it belongs to his namesake! ❤️❤️❤️
